All orders will be shipped within 5 business days. If we cannot meet that requirement we will always contact you to advise!

Shipping Rates & Times

All "Pick up in store" orders require 24 hours to fill the order.  Confirming email will be sent when your order is completed and ready for pick up. If it's a rush, just give us a call and let us know and we will do our best to fill your order.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post  Delivery times are approximate. You can expect your order to fall within these times:

Canada Expedited: $18.00 (3 - 7 business days) 

US Orders - Call Store from 12 - 4 MST Monday through Saturday at 403-277-8304

Back Orders

We try our best to manage inventory levels, if per chance, an item is ordered that is not in stock we will contact you and ask if you would like a refund or if you wish us to fill that order when product is available.  

Damaged items

If your mail order parcel arrives damaged or you notice that an item in your parcel has leaked or opened in transit please give us a call right away at 403-277-8304.
